TALES FROM THE FAR TERRITORY is the first paid expansion for The Long Dark’s Survival Mode, dropping over a 12-month campaign in parts. This expansion is going to make Great Bear Island even bigger adding new regions gameplay and story-driven challenges Some of the cool stuff coming in the paid version includes: three new regions (Airfield, Mine, and Mountain Pass), three new Tales that dig into the weird history of the Far Territory, and new gameplay systems like Glimmer Fog, Insomnia, Travois, and Trader. There’ll also be new clothes, food items, rare tool upgrades, 20+ minutes of fresh Survival music, and a whole lot more!
TALES FROM THE FAR TERRITORY is all about delivering new content throughout the year, with each part getting its own update video to explain the new features. If you’re not into waiting for each part, you might want to hold off until the whole thing is out.
