Meet Ryuji Hirasaka a genius doctor who is way too into humiliating and using people for his creepy experiments. He does not care about anyone except as pawns in his games. One day though he is called to work at St. Juliana Hospital where one of his former victims, Narumi Jinguji is waiting for him with a wild idea. Narumi’s plan? She wants Hirasaka to help build the perfect team to create the most corrupt hospital ward ever.
At first, Hirasaka is shocked by her offer it is not every day that someone you’ve wronged asks for your help. But soon the chance to bring his twisted dreams to life is too good to pass up. The question is will this plan turn St. Juliana into a hub of mad science or will Hirasaka is arrogance and awkwardness ruin everything before it even begins?
The hospital’s staff is not your average crew either. There’s Ren Nanase a kind and caring nurse who seems like an angel in white Hirasaka’s favorite kind of test subject. Then there is Ako Fujisawa a quiet and mild-mannered nurse who often gets teased for her shy personality.
