SUMMARY OF NEW ARC LINE
In Early Access the game is only available in English but more languages will be added later. The New World is out there and it is full of possibilities. On its shores stands the shining city of progress, New Arc, where you hope to find a cure for your family’s deadly disease. You arrive on a steamship, packed in with tons of other immigrants. It’s a strange land, full of excitement but things are not as they seem. As you explore you will quickly realize that the city is golden surface hides some dark secrets.
Factories fill the air with thick smoke, and there’s corruption, segregation, and inequality everywhere. You’re going to have to start from the bottom, make tough calls, and get your hands dirty if you want to make it. But you don’t have a choice—your success is everything.
You can craft cool technopunk gear or learn powerful magic, fight, steal, or talk your way to the top whether you become the hero or the villain is up to you. You won’t be alone, though—recruit a crew, make enemies and friends, fall in love, get caught in a huge conspiracy, and maybe even change the world for good or bad.
Create your character as a Human or Elf. Pick your gender, background, and looks, but remember—people in this world have their own biases and will treat you differently based on your choices.
You won not be doing this alone. Meet all kinds of characters, learn their stories, help them grow, or use them to get what you want and then ditch them if you have to. Who knows maybe you will even find true love.
Want to use magic to burn enemies as a Hellfire occultist, curse them with mystical Voodoo powers, or support your team as a Celestial sage? Or would you rather leave magic behind and become a Steampunk mechanic, Dieselpunk engineer, or Teslapunk scientist, turning yourself into a walking, steam-powered machine?
