SUMMARY OF INFLUX REDUX
InFlux Redux is basically a supercharged version of the 2013 game InFlux. It’s been totally remade with a brand-new engine, so the graphics, physics, and code are all way better now.
The game is a mix of puzzle-solving, exploration, and platforming. You play as a mysterious metal ball that falls from the sky onto a deserted island. This island is full of weird glass and steel cube structures and each one is a puzzle waiting to be solved. Redux is the same game, but it’s way better because it was completely rewritten from scratch using Unreal Engine 5.
As you roll around, you will get to explore all sorts of stunning environments that feel natural and super detailed. You will also solve mind bending puzzles inside these cubic structures. Along the way, you’ll even team up with a majestic humpback whale, which is pretty cool. Oh, and the music? It’s all original, composed by Jonathan Yandel, and it’s amazing.
We’ve been working on this game for so long that it’s basically a remaster of a remaster of a remaster. Plus you get to see all the latest cutting-edge features of Unreal Engine 5 all thanks to an indie dev putting in some serious work.
