SUMMARY OF GALANDRIX
Galandrix is this awesome rogue-like arcade game that you play from a top-down view. It’s got fast action and real-time strategy all rolled into one. Pick your ship and blast off into space, fighting off tons of enemies. You’ll collect parts from wrecked ships or asteroids and trade with traders to deck out your ship. As you level up you can add new crew members or upgrade your ship with extra bays to boost your survival chances. Keep pushing through different zones to face unique enemies bosses and weird anomalies and save your faction from the AI horde.
To start, you can choose from 3 factions, each with 3 different ships, making a total of 9 ships to play with. Each ship has its own special active and passive abilities that get better as you level up. Plus, every ship has a set of slots for Weapons, Engines, Power Cells, Systems, Sensors, and Shields. You can also boost your ship with crew members that give extra perks and expand as you level up.
Every ship starts with basic gear, but you can upgrade it using parts from enemy wrecks or by trading with the merchant at the end of each round. You can find currency from destroyed enemy ships or by mining asteroids. When you’ve saved up enough, you can use it to upgrade your ship, gamble it, or buy replacement parts. Items have random stats and can get better with higher values.
