Fornelia’s life changes as she starts living with Ruse in the Oruc Kingdom. Fornelia, who once knew only battle during the war, now spends her days taking guild jobs and wandering the world. Despite her rough past her encounter with Ruse sparks a new chapter in her life.
Ruse, on the other hand is a quiet and book-loving young man who dreams of becoming a scholar. When Fornelia first saved him years ago, he kept his distance and didn’t trust her. Over time though he opened up and began to see her as family. He’s small for his age due to past hardships but his sharp mind and love for reading show his determination to rise above his struggles.
