SUMMARY OF CORPUS EDAX
CORPUS EDAX is this crazy, immersive RPG where you’re in a futuristic city that’s about to blow up with a revolution. You’re on a planet full of secrets, and you gotta fight with whatever you can—your fists, makeshift weapons, and your smarts.
So, check this out: there’s a whole Skills and A.G.N.I.S. system (that’s Allure, Grit, Nerd, Intuition, Strength). You can use objects in the game world to get to high spots or climb over stuff, making your own way. Can’t get through a locked door? Hack it, pick the lock, smash it, or maybe charm a guard into letting you through.
The dialogue system is pretty cool too. Your character is stats help you unlock special dialogue options. You can dive into deep conversations or just skip them—totally up to you.
And here’s something awesome: the characters react realistically. You can throw pipes at their legs, arms, or heads, and they’ll react like you’d expect. Grab a chair, swing it, or kick it at someone—whatever you want.
You also have a personal rep with three traits: Insightful, Impetuous, and Altruistic. Your actions and choices will change your traits giving you new dialogue options and reactions.
Now, if you’re into stealth, you can pump all your Skill Points into Stealth and Athletics to move quietly and do cool moves. But if you’d rather be a combat beast, just dump everything into Grit and Combat to smash your way through. Or, if fighting isn’t your thing, focus on Allure and Intuition to sneak your way around problems.
