You’ll join a young boy on his epic adventure in a hardcore sci-fi world where a creepy mechanical overlord named “R. Karellen” is in charge. This dude decides everything for everyone based on their “human score”—from their jobs and who they date to what they eat every day.
But then things get crazy. Everyone at the school starts attacking Giovanni, trying to “remake” him and boost his human score by making him “more human.” Luckily, a super weird genius senior named Campanella helps Giovanni out. They steal a driverless train on the galactic railroad and set off to find the “Crimson Southern Cross” way out at the edge of the universe.
During their journey the boys meet some big-time historical figures and pull off wild and reckless pranks on them. As they dig into twisted mysteries and face all kinds of horrors they will have to deal with the end of their own childhood.
Giovanni’s got a wanted criminal for a dad and the lowest human score around. People and the system treat him like dirt. He’s got a sharp tongue and a cynical vibe but actually cares a lot about his family and works hard to cover his mom’s hospital bills. Even though humans haven’t had to code for ages, Giovanni’s a pro at writing his own code from scratch and uses his skills for some shady side gigs on the dark web.
Then there’s Campanella. He’s got the highest human score in the Gymnasium, is a total genius in school and sports, but he’s also the most eccentric guy around. Campanella thinks humans are the best and acts all high and mighty around the inhumans and R. But, weirdly enough, some people say he’s seen messing around with R for no real reason. And get ready to dive into this wild sci-fi adventure and see how far you can go.
