SUMMARY OF ARMA 3 CREATOR EXPEDITIONARY FORCES
The Expeditionary Forces Creator DLC for Arma 3 adds new military equipment and missions focused on amphibious warfare, meaning fighting near the shore and using ships and boats to move troops and vehicles. Players can now use a variety of cool new vehicles like the AAV-9 Mack, an amphibious vehicle that carries Marines from ship to shore, or the Combat Boat, a fast boat that can transport troops and provide fire support. There’s also the LCC-1 Landing Craft, which can carry heavy equipment from ship to shore, and the USS Takmyr ship, which acts as a mobile base for Marines with helicopters and landing crafts.
You can also control Hunter Recon Vehicles which are armored vehicles that can attack tanks shoot down drones or provide support with powerful guns. There’s a new helicopter, the AH-99J Python, which has upgraded radar and weapons to attack enemy radar systems. In the single-player Resolute Cyclone mini-campaign, you’ll help secure parts of the island of Altis by completing stealth missions and fighting against enemy forces.
To play this DLC you need to install it through the Arma 3 Launcher and make sure its activated. Even if you dont own the DLC you can still try out some of the new content by downloading it from the Steam Workshop but you wont be able to play the mini-campaign un less you buy it. This DLC was made by a small group of game developers with a lot of experience creating content for Arma 3.
